Registration is available on a first come first serve basis. Once teams have filled you will be placed on a waitlist.  

Registration Opens December 19th 2025 for the upcoming fall season! 

Registration is open to all children entering 1st - 8th grade in Fall 2026.

Your registration is not complete until payment has processed.

Registration Closes on April 9th - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Practice start date is July 12th for all teams. 

The total cost of TYCC 2026 Season is $1200

  • $100 due at registration
  • $230 due April 15
  • $230 due May 15

*All athletes must have $560 paid by 5/15/26 for uniforms to be ordered, if accounts are not current uniforms will not be ordered and athlete will be removed from the team with no refund. 

  • $230 due June 15
  • $230 due July 15
  • $180 due August 15

  • Payment will auto draft from account on file

    (multiple fundraisers will be available to offset cost of registration)

  Cheer Program Costs/Expectations:

All athletes will be required to participate in 2 volunteer events to give back to the community. There will be multiple opportunities available, more info to come later in the season. 

$100 Volunteer Post Dated (1/10/27) Check per family- To only be cashed at end of the season if you did not fulfill Volunteer requirements.

Due at Uniform Fitting April 26, 2026

There is no $50 Mandatory Fundraiser Fee. 

*There will be a fall fundraiser to go towards banquet costs, all families are exected to participate or will need to purchase tickets to the banquet.

TYCC ATTENDANCE POLICY!! 

Dead Week May 15th - May 22nd & June 29th -July 6th -Plan your family vacation!

   Competition Season runs from June to December 

There will be NO BOARD EXCEPTIONS during competition season 

All Athletes have 3 Absences to use during the season 

All Practices are mandatory effective July 12th, 2026

ONLY 3 Absences of any kind are allowed per season.

* Any athlete exceeding that will need to attend camp redemption to be eligible to compete

*For Example: 

*1 MISSED PRACTICE= 1 Absence

*1 MISSED CHOREO SESSION= 1 Absence 

*1 NO CALL NO SHOW= 2 Absences

* 2 TARDIES= 1 Absence. A Tardy is arriving late or leaving early more than 10 mintues. 

*ARRIVING TO COMP MORE THAN 10 MIN AFTER REQEUSTED ARRIVAL TIME WILL RESULT IN ATHLETE NEEDING TO ATTEND CAMP RED

* School functions are always excused absences with 24 hour prior notification to [email protected] 

*We follow school district illness policies, if you are absent from school you should not be attending practice that night. We ask that all athletes are fever/symptom free without aid of medication for 24 hours before returning to practice.

*Missing 2 (TWO) consecutive practices due to illness/injury a medical release form allowing you to participate in sports note is required.

*Missing a practice within 1 (ONE) week of a competition will result in NOT PERFORMING at that Competition.

Uniform and Practice Wear Fittings:  April 25th, 2026

Competitions: In order to particpate within the the TYCC Organization, you must be able to attend ALL competitions for the team you are registering for. The following are the date for ALL ICA Comps for fall 2026, we will not know what competitions we are attending until late May/early June

State Weekend: State is determined by ICA and should be in November, this past year it was 2 weekends, if that is the case again, you must be in attendance both weekends.
